Abstract:
The installation comprises a casing (1) in which internal and external tubes (2 and 4) are mounted concentrically in relation to each other. The lower end faces of the tubes (2 and 4) are connected, by means of a flange (15), to a disc feeder (14) in which openings (13 and 21) are provided through which the inner cavity of a heating chamber (9) formed by the external wall of the external tube (4) and by the internal wall of the casing (1) is connected to the inner cavity of the internal tube (2) and to the inner cavity of a drying chamber (6) formed by the external wall of the internal tube (2) and by the internal wall of the external tube (4). The drying chamber (6) is connected to a charging device (7) and to a discharging device (8) mounted in the lower part of the installation. Mounted in the wall of the casing (1), between the flange (15) and a screw (5) of the external tube (4), is a furnace (11) provided with a burner (12) and connected to the cavity of the heating chamber (9). The heating chamber (9) is also connected to a socket (10) of a suction device.
