Abstract:
The invention relates to plastic working of metals. The installation comprises at least one container (1) for the blank, including a cylindrical casing (7) with a bottom (9), used as a power cylinder. A pressing plunger (10) is mounted in the hollow of the casing (7) with the possibility of sliding along its axis and functions as the piston of the power cylinder. The bottom (9) is provided with a channel (11) through which the sub-piston chamber is connected to the outlet of a booster section (5). A hydraulic reverse motion cylinder (16) is located below the bottom (9) and is secured to it, and the rod (17) of a cylinder (18) is connected through openings in the bottom (9) to the pressing plunger (10). A matrix (12) is mounted at the open end of the container (1). The preferred variant of the installation provides for four containers (1) connected through a controlled distribution valve to the same booster. The installation is preferably intended for making pipes.
