An installation frame (1) is provided with a first accommodation portion (11), an inclined insertion opening (13), a second accommodation portion (12), a horizontal insertion opening (14), and a positioning member (15), wherein the positioning member (15) cooperates with the inclined insertion opening (13) and the horizontal insertion opening (14) so as to jointly limit positions of a printed circuit board (2) and a memory board (3). By inserting the printed circuit board in an inclined manner in the installation frame, the memory board is inserted in a horizontal manner in the installation frame, so as to secure the printed circuit board and the memory board by means of the installation frame. The printed circuit board and the memory board are small in volume, and can be readily manufactured at low cost; furthermore, the printed circuit board and the memory board can be readily installed and replaced, and are not easily damaged. A solid-state hard drive storage component comprises the installation frame (1), the printed circuit board (2) which is inserted in an inclined manner in the installation frame (1) and soldered to an electronic component to assist in power supply, and a memory board (3) which is inserted in a horizontal manner in the installation frame (1) and electrically connected to the printed circuit board (2) to store data. A solid-state hard drive comprises the solid-state hard drive storage component.
