Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, an installation state diagnosing device is provided with: a classification unit which, on the basis of installation configuration information pertaining to a utility pole and installation configuration information pertaining to the utility pole obtained from a database in which warping amount is stored, classifies an installation state of the utility pole into an installation configuration pattern; and a diagnosing method determination unit which determines a diagnosing method for the utility pole from the installation configuration pattern of the utility pole classified by the classification unit, and the warping amount of the utility pole obtained from the database.
