Abstract:
An instant coffee powder and a preparation method therefor, said method comprising: mixing sweetened condensed milk and coffee concentrate under vacuum conditions, drying under vacuum conditions, and grinding under vacuum conditions to obtain the instant coffee powder. The raw materials of the sweetened condensed milk, by mass percentage, comprise 50-70% white granulated sugar paste, 15-35% milk powder, and 10-15% water.
