An instant food storage container, comprising a first storage tank (100), a second storage tank (200), a seal rod (300), and a seal sheet (101). The first storage tank comprises a connecting portion (110) and a storage portion (120) connected to each other. The storage portion comprises a storage cavity (121), and the seal sheet is provided in the first storage tank for sealing the storage cavity. The connecting portion is detachably connected to the second storage tank. The seal rod is provided in the storage cavity, and one end of the seal rod extends out of one end of the first storage tank away from the second storage tank. An instant food storage container assembly, comprising a drink bottle and a heating jacket (401) sleeved outside the drink bottle. The instant food storage container can store nutritious foods in the solid state, so that the solid nutritional ingredient is stored separately from liquid, thereby improving the safety and nutritional value of foods, and it is convenient to carry.
