Abstract:
An instant heating-type PTC liquid heater, comprising a cylindrically-shaped heating core (1), the heating core (1) being made by fitting together at least two electric heating mechanisms (7). An electric heating mechanism (7) comprises a PTC ceramic composition (8) and a bearing shell-shaped aluminium profile (9). A heating hole (10) is arranged in the aluminium profile (9). The PTC ceramic composition (8) is arranged in the heating hole (10). Bearing shell inner arcs (21) of at least two bearing shell-shaped aluminium profiles (9) form an inner tube hole (11). A flow-guiding inner tube (12) is arranged within the inner tube hole (11). A flow-guiding outer tube (6) is arranged on the outside of the heating core (1). The flow-guiding outer tube (6) is connected to the flow-guiding inner tube (12).
