Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instant oil painting production device and method of a mobile phone using an electronic portrait application, the device and method enabling a mobile phone user to take an instant photo by using a mobile application and to select desired content such that an instant oil painting is drawn by a non-photorealistic rendering (NPR) technique, which is a C.G technique, thereby enabling file transmission and the use of a cloud service through wireless communication. The instant oil painting production device of a mobile phone using an electronic portrait application comprises: a mobile phone for downloading and executing the electronic portrait application by accessing a server; a camera for taking a photo; a microcontroller which inputs the photo taken by the camera, selects operation content for the photo inputted from the camera, and performs, on the corresponding photo, an oil painting operation through a stippling technique by using the electronic portrait application, according to the selected content; and a wireless communication unit for transmitting the oil-painted picture in a file format or transmitting the same to the server through a cloud service.
