Abstract:
This instant powdered tea comprises the following components (a) to (c):
(a) 5-15% by mass of one or more polyphenols selected from flavonols, flavanones, flavanols and sugar adducts thereof
(b) a fat, and
(c) ascorbic acid or a salt thereof.
The mass ratio [(b)/(a)] of component (a) and component (b) falls within the range of 0.025 to 0.1.
