Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instantaneous cooling and instantaneous heating type water purifier, comprising: a filter for filtering water that has flowed in from the outside; an instantaneous water-cooling unit for instantly and thermoelectrically cooling water, from which alien substances have been removed as the same passes through the filter, and the flow rate of which has been measured by a flow rate meter and adjusted by a distribution unit, during the passing process; an instantaneous water-heating unit for instantaneously heating water, from which alien substances have been removed as the same passes through the filter, and the flow rate of which has been adjusted by the distribution unit, during the passing process; a power supply unit that supplies electric power to the instantaneous water-cooling unit and the instantaneous water-heating unit and, when electric power is to be supplied to a thermoelectric module of the instantaneous water-cooling unit, directly convers an AC current to a DC current and supplies the same; the distribution unit for adjusting the flow rate of water supplied to the instantaneous water-cooling unit and the instantaneous water-heating unit; and a control unit for controlling the adjustment of an applied voltage, wherein the control unit conducts a control such that water remaining in a channel is evaporated using heat generated by the thermoelectric module of the instantaneous water-cooling unit. The present invention is advantageous in that warm water or cold water can be supplied through instantaneous heating or instantaneous cooling inside the water purifier, making it unnecessary to install a separate water tank for storing cold/warm water, such that the water purifier can be easily made compact and lightweight.
