Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instantaneous heating type tteok (Korean rice cake) steamer and, more specifically, to an instantaneous heating type tteok steamer capable of supplying only the required water from the outside to a pipe encompassing a heater or adjacent to the heater, and allowing steam, which is instantaneously generated while water passes through the pipe, to be discharged to a tteok container containing a tteok material, when steaming the tteok material. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the instantaneous heating type tteok steamer comprises: a main body having a predetermined space formed therein, and formed such that a holder part, on which a tteok container containing a tteok material is to be mounted, is exposed to the outside; a heater provided inside the main body and performing heating; a pipe provided inside the main body, having an inlet formed at one end thereof and connected to a water supply means on the outside of the main body, having an outlet formed at the other end and communicating with the lower part of the tteok container mounted on the holder part, and vaporizing water into steam by the heat generation of the heater; a pump provided on the route of the pipe so as to allow the water of the water supply means to flow in through an inlet by pumping, and discharging steam, obtained by vaporization, through an outlet; and a control board provided inside the main body so as to control the operation of the heater and the pump.
