Abstract:
The present invention relates to an instrument panel display and a vehicle comprising the instrument panel display. The instrument panel display comprises: a display configured to output a speed range at which a vehicle can travel; a needle configured to indicate the current speed of the vehicle within the speed range, wherein an area, in which the speed range is outputted, in the entire area of the display is defined as a speed display area; and a control unit for controlling the display such that at least one of a size and a position of the speed display area is changed in accordance with at least one preset condition.
