Abstract:
This instrument temperature adjustment device comprises an evaporator (3), a first condenser (41), a second condenser (42), a gas-phase passage (5), a first liquid-phase passage (61), and a second liquid-phase passage (62). The evaporator (3) cools a target instrument (2) using the latent heat from the vaporization of a working fluid that absorbs heat from the target instrument and evaporates. The first condenser (41) includes a first heat exchange passage (412) in which the working fluid evaporated by the evaporator (3) is condensed by heat exchange with a first medium on the exterior. The second condenser (42) includes a second heat exchange passage (422) in which the working fluid evaporated by the evaporator (3) is condensed by heat exchange with a second medium on the exterior. The gas-phase passage (5) causes the working fluid evaporated by the evaporator (3) to flow to the first condenser (41) and the second condenser (42). The first liquid-phase passage (61) causes the working fluid condensed by the first condenser (41) to flow toward the evaporator (3). The second liquid-phase passage (62) causes the working fluid condensed by the second condenser (42) to flow toward the evaporator (3).
