Abstract:
An insulated container and a manufacturing method therefor. The insulated container comprises an inner cavity (1) made from titanium, and an outer casing. The outer casing comprises a cup opening portion (2) made from titanium, a stainless-steel adapter portion (3), and a stainless-steel cup body portion (4), wherein the cup opening portion (2) is welded to an opening portion of the inner cavity (1), and a lower-half part of the cup opening portion (2) is fixedly connected to the adapter portion (3); and an outer edge (31) protruding outwards is arranged at a top end of the adapter portion (3), and an opening portion of the cup body portion (4) is welded to the outer edge (31) of the adapter portion (3). The manufacturing method for an insulated container comprises: fixedly connecting a cup opening portion (2) in an adapter portion (3), and bending the part of the cup opening portion (2) beyond the bottom of the adapter portion (3) outwards and upwards to form a bent portion (23), and clamping the adapter portion (3), so as to form a combined body; inserting an inner cavity (1) into the combined body, and welding an opening portion of the cup opening portion (2) and an opening portion of the inner cavity (1) together; and then sleeving a cup body portion (4) on the outside of the inner cavity (1), and welding an opening portion of the cup body portion (4) and an outer edge (31) of the adapter portion (3) in the combined body together. By means of the insulated container and the manufacturing method, the effects of strong acid resistance, sterilization, freshness preservation, etc. of the insulated container with the inner cavity (1) made from titanium are realized, and heavy metals in solder (5) do not migrate into the inner cavity (1).
