Abstract:
An insulated covered soft magnetic metal powder (1) comprises soft magnetic metal particles (2) which have an average circle-equivalent diameter of 10 µm to 100 µm, and an insulating layer (3) which is formed on the surface of each one of the soft magnetic metal particles (2). The insulating layer (3) contains an oxide that contains Zr element. With respect to this insulated covered soft magnetic metal powder (1), if an oxide thereof is measured by XRD at 25°C, the strongest peak is a cubic peak or a tetragonal peak; and the intensity of a monoclinic peak is not more than one tenth of the intensity of the strongest peak.
