[Problem] To provide an insulated electric wire, a coil, an electric/electronic device, and a method for manufacturing an insulated electric wire, having excellent mechanical characteristics and reduced thermal degradation even when the partial discharge inception voltage of the insulated electric wire is increased and the temperature exceeds 200°C. [Solution] An insulated electric wire, a coil, an electric/electronic device, and a method for manufacturing this insulated electric wire, wherein the insulated electric wire has on the outer circumference of a conductor at least one layer of an electric wire film that includes an extrusion-coated resin layer, with the extrusion-coated resin layer comprising a mixed resin of a resin (A) and a resin (B) having mutually different relative permittivity. The resin (A) is a polyaryl ether ketone resin selected from polyether ether ketone, polyether ketone ketone, polyether ketone, polyether ether ketone ketone, polyether ketone ether ketone ketone, and polyketone. The resin (B) is a non-fluorine resin having a lower relative permittivity at 200°C than the resin (A). The mixture mass ratio of the mixed resin (the mass of the resin (A): the mass of the resin (B)) is from 90:10 to 51:49, and for the relative permittivity of the entire electric wire film, the value of the ratio of the relative permittivity at 200°C to the relative permittivity at 25°C and a relative humidity of 50% is less than 1.20.
