Abstract:
Disclosed is an inverter surge-resistant insulated wire that is made of a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition with a tensile elasticity of 2500 MPa or higher at 25°C and a tensile elasticity of 10 MPa or higher at 250°C. The wire has a baked enamel layer, an adhesive layer, and an extrusion-coated resin layer around the outside of the conductor. The total thickness of the baked enamel layer, the extrusion-coated resin layer, and the adhesive layer is 60 µm or greater, and the thickness of the baked enamel layer is 50 µm or less. The extrusion-coated resin layer contains a polyphenylene sulfide polymer with a melt viscosity of 100 Pa⋅s or higher at 300°C, 2‑8 mass% of a thermoplastic elastomer, and an oxidation inhibitor.
