Abstract:
An insulated wire (1) is obtained by covering a twisted wire conductor (11), which is obtained by twisting a plurality of metal conductor strands (11a) together, with an insulating member (12). The metal conductor strands (11a) use a copper alloy that has a tensile strength of 500 MPa or more and an elongation of 6% or more, and have a strand diameter of 0.12 mm or less.
