Abstract:
An insulated wire (1) includes a conductor (2) and an insulator (3) that is extruded so as to cover the circumference of the conductor (2). The conductor (2) is Ni plated or Ni alloy plated. The insulator (3) is formed from a resin composition containing at least a sulfonyl-group-containing resin having sulfonyl groups in the repeating units. Preferably the sulfonyl group-containing-resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of polysulfone, polyether sulfone, and polyphenyl sulfone.
