Abstract:
 The present invention provides particles of a ceramic material containing vanadium oxide, wherein the insulating ceramic particles are characterized in having an insulating layer on the surfaces thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cooling device that can be used without a power source, can be reduced in size, and has exceptional insulating properties.
