A cold/heat insulating container provided with: a top panel; side panels comprising a front panel, a left panel, a back panel and a right panel; and a bottom panel. The cold/heat insulating container is characterized in that the side panels have a thermal insulating member comprising a vacuum insulating material and both the front panels and the top panels can be opened and closed.
