Abstract:
An insulating frame comprises a first insulating frame (200) and a second insulating frame (300) installed at two ends of a motor stator core. The first insulating frame (200) and corresponding parts of each of stator tooth (110) of the stator core (100) are provided with at least two line inlets/outlets (210). An outer side of the first insulating frame (200) is also provided with a through line slot (220) provided in layers. The through line slot (220) passes through line inlet/outlet. By providing through line slot (220) in layers, the present invention can provide a non-crossing winding path for a phase line, thus avoiding mutually crossed phase lines, thus effectively preventing a short circuit of the phase line. The present invention also provides a stator having the insulating frame and a stator assembly method.
