This innovation is intended for low energy houses which are designed with a consideration of the saving of insulating materials. Usually the low energy houses are insulated to the outside by a thick insulating material, which gives a low K-val The thickness of the insulation is calculated by prevalent way. A low K-value, exclusively the K- values of the windows, is calculated for all of the outside walls, another K-value is calculated for the outside roof resp the lowest floor. In this way choiced K-values do not follow the exact needs of the real loss of warmth energy of diffe¬ rent local parts of the house. The real loss of warmth energy of the house is depending on the position of the house, microclimatical specific circumstances at the different parts of the house, cool wind direction, especially in winter time.
This invention proposes an order of insulating which is based on insulating of the outside walls and the outside highest floors according tothe loss of warmth energy of the actual local part of the coat. This is indicated by special micro¬ climatical circumstances in and by the house.
Different needs of insulating in the same room can be arranged by different quality of the insulating; in this way the thickness of the insulating wall can be the same around the room. This can be actua for example in a room at the corner of a house, where just around the corner a better quality of insulating material must be used than in other parts of the walls which are not disturbed by cooling of the wind.

The invention results in exceptional save of insu¬ lating materials because maximal insulating is use only at the most exposed parts of the building, while thinner insulating or cheaper insulating of a lower quality can be used by satisfaction.
The main idea of this innovation is that the insu¬ lation of the windows must vary according to the same principle as it is described for the walls.
During a long period of the year the sunshine on the southern elevation is positive for the energy balance of the houses. These southern windows must be designed to allow accepting maximal sunshine inside the house. During the cooler time of the year, for example between the 15th of November and the 15th of February, the loss of energy through the windows is however not desired. Therefore in this innovation is proposed that the windows can be occasionally specially insulated in a part of their surface, for example with partial screening of the surface.
