Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an insulating layer for improving the discharge capacity of a secondary battery; and a battery cell sheet and a secondary battery which are each provided with said insulating layer. To solve said problem, this insulating layer has a separator and a self-repairing layer, wherein the separator has an readily soluble polymer, and the self-repairing layer has self-repairing layer particles and a self-repairing layer binder, and a relative energy difference between the readily soluble polymer and the self-repairing layer binder as calculated from the Hansen solubility parameter is less than 1 MPa0.5. Preferably, the self-repairing layer binder has a polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, and the weight ratio of the readily soluble polymer to the self-repairing layer binder is 1/19-1/4 or 4/1-19/1.
