Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicular insulation structure that is lightweight and effective at thermal and sound insulation. The insulation structure comprises a thermal and sound insulation material that is set upon the surface of a vehicle panel, the thermal and sound insulation material further comprising a permeable rigid layer that makes contact with the vehicle chassis, and a flexible permeable layer. A ventilation resistance regulation layer, comprising either a fiber pulp layer, with mass per unit of area of 10-50g/m2, thickness of 0.08-0.30mm, and ventilation resistance of 0.07-3.00kPa·s/m, or a layered structure with the fiber pulp layer thereof and a layer of nonwoven fabric, is interposed between the permeable rigid layer and the flexible permeable layer.
