Abstract:
In order to enhance the robustness of a water electrolysis system, said system consists of a double pipe consisting of an inner pipe (130) that connects a water electrolysis stack and auxiliary equipment and in which a fluid circulates in the interior thereof and an outer pipe (12) that is provided outside the inner pipe (130) via the inner pipe (130) and an outer-pipe interior space (14), the system being characterized in that: the outer pipe (12) has insulating properties; the water electrolysis stack and the auxiliary equipment are insulated from each other in the inner pipe (130); and a dry gas (13) having a humidity that is equal to or less than a prescribed value is enclosed in the outer-pipe interior space (14), which is a space at a pressure that is higher than the pressure of the fluid circulating in the interior of the inner pipe (130) and the atmospheric pressure.
