Abstract:
Disclosed is an insulating sheet having excellent heat-dissipating properties, heat resistance, insulating properties and moldability.
Specifically disclosed is an insulating sheet produced by producing a sheet from a resin composition, wherein the resin composition comprises an epoxy resin, a curing agent and an inorganic filler, and wherein at least one of the epoxy resin and the curing agent has a naphthalene structure, the inorganic filler contains hexagonal boron nitride, and the inorganic filler is contained in an amount of 70 to 85 vol% relative to the total amount of the resin composition. In the insulating sheet, a naphthalene structure, which has good wettability to hexagonal boron nitride contained in the inorganic filler, is contained in the epoxy resin and/or the curing agent, and therefore the filling properties of the inorganic filler can be improved.
