Abstract:
Disclosed is an insulating sheet having excellent handleability in an uncured state, which provides a cured product having excellent dielectric breakdown characteristics, thermal conductivity, heat resistance, acid resistance and workability.
The insulating sheet contains: a polymer (A) having an aromatic structure and a weight average molecular weight of not less than 10,000; a resin (B) which is composed of at least one of an epoxy resin (B1) having a weight average molecular weight of less than 10,000 and an oxethane resin (B2) having a weight average molecular weight of less than 10,000; a curing agent (C); and a substance (D) which is composed of at least one of anhydrous magnesium carbonate (D1) represented by the chemical formula MgCO3 and containing no crystal water and a coated body (D2) which is obtained by coating the surface of the anhydrous magnesium carbonate (D1) with an organic resin, a silicone resin or silica.
