Title:
INSULATING STRUCTURE OF VENTILATION PATH OF SALIENT-POLE ROTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/164024
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to improve the insulation performance while cooling a field winding from the inner peripheral side, a salient-pole rotor (3) is provided with: a rotor yoke (12) provided along a rotating shaft (11); a plurality of magnetic pole cores (13) projecting toward the outside in the radial direction from the outer circumferential portion of the rotor yoke (12) and disposed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; a magnetic pole head portion (14) provided on the outside of each of the magnetic pole cores (13) in the radial direction; and a field winding (15) wound around the outer peripheral surface of each of the magnetic pole cores (13) between the rotor yoke (12) and the magnetic pole head portion (14). The salient-pole rotor (3) is also provided with: a ventilation groove (15a) opening in the inner peripheral surface of the field winding (15) and passing through the field winding (15) in the radial direction; a ventilation opening (14a) passing through the magnetic pole head portion (14) in the radial direction and being in communication with the ventilation groove (15a); and a step portion (15b) formed on the magnetic pole head portion (14) side in the ventilation groove (15a).
