Abstract:
Disclosed is an insulating treatment method of a superconducting magnet helium inlet pipe. The structure of a magnet is a T-shaped variable cross-section structure; by means of filling the irregular shape part of the magnet with G10 (5), the insulating treatment difficulty caused by the irregular shape is reduced; and in order to reduce the reduction in the insulating electrical properties due to insulating treatment defects caused by the irregular shape, a skirt-shaped insulating material (7) is designed to be laid on the periphery of a metal conduit (1) for compensation. The structure for insulation is simple, the method is suitable for performing an insulating material wrapping treatment on the superconducting magnet with the T-shaped variable cross-section structure before being subjected vacuum pressure impregnation, and the method satisfies the special high-pressure insulating requirements of the superconducting magnet with the complex structure in a low-temperature and vacuum environment.
