The present invention relates to an insulation composition having a low dielectric constant, and a cable including an insulation layer formed therefrom. Particularly, the present invention relates to: an insulation composition having a low dielectric constant, and simultaneously enabling a space charge to be reduced and an impulse dielectric breakdown strength, which has an opposing relationship with the space charge, to be improved; and a cable including an insulation layer formed therefrom.
