Abstract:
An insulation detection device (11) is provided with: a flying capacitor (C1), which is connected between a positive terminal and a negative terminal of a direct current power supply (B) insulated from a grounding potential section, and which is charged with a charge quantity corresponding to a power supply voltage of the direct current power supply (B); a switch for performing switching between charging and discharging of the flying capacitor (C1); a voltage detection device (15) capable of detecting a charge voltage when the flying capacitor (C1) is charged; and an arithmetic device (15) for detecting a direct current power supply insulation state on the basis of the flying capacitor charge voltage detected by means of the voltage detection device (15). The switch is provided with: a plurality of switches (S1, S2, S3, S4), each of which is provided with a semiconductor relay (50); and a protection element (ZD1 or the like), which is connected in parallel to each semiconductor relay (50) of each of the switches (S1, S2, S3, S4), and which keeps a maximum voltage to be applied to the semiconductor relay at a constant voltage.
