Abstract:
Disclosed are an insulation fabric, an insulation product, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device for the fabric, the insulation fabric being formed by overlapping outer cover cloths or sheets on both upper and lower surfaces thereof in a state in which units, which are formed by cutting an insulation layer, or a plurality of units, which are formed by cutting the insulation layer and being laminated with laminating sheets so as to prevent fine particles from passing therethrough, are arranged so as to be spaced from each other, wherein: an area between the units has a zone in which outer cover cloths or sheets, and according to circumstances, laminating sheets are overlapped without an insulation layer; cloths or sheets of both vertical surfaces have parts coming into close contact with each other in the zone, such that a unit cell space for encompassing each of the units is divided; and the movements of the units are restricted between unit cell spaces. The fabric of the present invention increases processability in a fabric state including an insulation layer, despite the rigidity of an insulation material itself, such that various products can be easily manufactured and, particularly, the fabric has a structure suitable for ensuring permeability and discharging moisture when processed as clothing.
