Abstract:
An insulation repair method for a contact position between a motor end ring and a fixing base, comprising the following steps: (1) sealing the whole ring at the joint between the motor end ring and the fixing base by using a sealant; (2) after the sealant is dry, using a single-sided sticky polysulfone adhesive as a whole to cover and bond the surface of the sealant, and then applying an insulating quick-drying paint to the surface of the single-sided sticky polysulfone adhesive; (3) blowing the insulating quick-drying paint to a non-sticky state by using a hot air blower, and then wrapping the joint as a whole by using polyester heat shrinkable tape; and (4) applying an insulating quick-drying paint on the surface of the polyester heat shrinkable tape, and drying the paint by using the hot air blower. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, high reliability, no damage to an original structure, effectively ensuring that water or moisture cannot enter an original weak position, ensuring the overall insulation performance of a motor, and ensuring reliable operation of the motor.
