Abstract:
A voltage source (E1) applies a prescribed voltage between two nodes which are insulated from one another and constitute part of a measurement target. A current measurement device (41) measures the leakage current (Ioc) of a capacitive component between the two nodes of the measurement target. A switch (SW) opens and closes a circuit between the measurement target and the voltage source (E1). A controller (43) determines whether or not the switch (SW) is operating normally on the basis of the measured capacitive component leakage current (Ioc).
