Abstract:
An insulation sheet (13), comprising a damping layer (21) and a resin film (23) stuck with each other with an adhesive agent layer (8) having no adhesiveness at the room temperature, wherein, since a separation film must not be used when the insulation sheet (13) is manufactured, a silicone component is not discharged, whereby, when the insulation sheet is installed on the printed circuit board of a hard disk, the printed circuit board and electronic circuits inside the hard disk are not damaged.
