Abstract:
The present invention is an insulation sheet which is provided with a first surface layer and an intermediate layer, and wherein: the intermediate layer has a higher volume fraction of inorganic components than the first surface layer and a higher thermal conductivity than the first surface layer; the first surface layer has a smaller thickness than the intermediate layer; and the difference of the thermal resistance between the first surface layer and the intermediate layer in the thickness direction is within ±5°C/W.
