Abstract:
In the present invention, an insulation state detecting device (11) is provided with: a flying capacitor (C1) charged at voltage corresponding to ground fault resistance (RLp, RLn, RLp2, RLn2) by a direct current power supply (2) that is insulated from a ground potential unit; a measurement circuit (15) that connects the flying capacitor, which is insulated from the direct current power supply after being charged by the direct current power supply, in series between the ground potential unit and a measuring means (D0, D1, R1-R4) that measures the charging voltage of the flying capacitor; and a high-voltage selecting circuit (20) that forms a circuit leading direct electrical current to the flying capacitor and that is connected via an alternate pathway to a primary-side positive electrode and a secondary-side positive electrode of a boosting power supply circuit (3) that boosts the positive potential of the direct current power supply and supplies said potential to a load. The high-voltage selecting circuit has: a primary selecting unit (D21) that is connected to the primary-side electrode and functions such that electrical current does not flow to the primary-side positive electrode at least during boosting operations; and a secondary selecting unit (D22) connected to the secondary-side positive electrode. Because the high-voltage selecting circuit is connected to the primary side and detects the insulation state of the boosting power supply circuit on the basis of the measurement results from the measuring means for the charging voltage of the flying capacitor, an insulation state detecting device that is suitably operable even during boosting operations can be achieved.
