Abstract:
In the present invention, a primary-side magnetic core 2 has a first winding part 2a on which a primary-side coil 5 is wound and first and second standing parts 2b, 2c which stand up from both ends of the first winding part 2a, and is formed to have a substantially U-shaped cross-section. A secondary-side magnetic core 3 has a second winding part 3a on which a secondary-side coil 6 is wound, and third and fourth standing parts 3b, 3c which stand up from both ends of the second winding part 3a, and is formed to have a substantially U-shaped cross-section. The first standing part 2b of the primary-side magnetic core 2 and the third standing part 3b of the secondary-side magnetic core 3 are arranged to face each other, and the second standing part 2c of the primary-side magnetic core 2 and the fourth standing part 3c of the secondary-side magnetic core 3 are arranged to face each other. A first insulation member 4 is inserted into a gap part 7 between the first standing part 2b of the primary-side magnetic core 2 and the third standing part 3b of the secondary-side magnetic core 3. A second insulation member 4 is inserted into a gap part 7 between the second standing part 2c of the primary-side magnetic core 2 and the fourth standing part 3c of the secondary-side magnetic core 3. Accordingly, this insulation transformer achieves size reduction and weight reduction while satisfying insulation performance.
