Abstract:
The present application provides an insurance application processing method, a storage medium, a terminal device, and an apparatus. The method comprises: establishing an interface with a telephone platform; receiving an insurance application, and if the insurance application satisfies preset conditions, logging in to the telephone platform through the interface, so as to apply for making an underwriting call; receiving underwriting content, the underwriting content being generated according to the underwriting call; generating an insurance policy according to the underwriting content, and performing quality control on the insurance policy; and after the quality control is passed, printing the insurance policy. In the present application, a telephone platform is connected to a processing system through a corresponding interface, and underwriting is performed by means of a telephone call; the present application improves the insurance application processing efficiency compared with a manner in which the underwriting is performed by means of letters.
