Abstract:
Disclosed are an insurance policy information processing device (1), method, system and computer readable storage medium. The insurance policy information processing device (1) comprises: a memory (11), a processor (12), a display (13), and an insurance policy information processing system (10) stored in the memory (11) and that can be run on the processor (12). When the insurance policy information processing system (10) is run by the processor (12), the insurance policy information processing system (10) executes the following steps: after receiving insurance policy information of a customer and a delayed delivery instruction with respect to the insurance policy information, generating an insurance policy corresponding to the insurance policy information and performing a delayed delivery operation on the insurance policy; if supplementary information corresponding to the insurance policy is received within a preset period after performing the delayed delivery operation on the insurance policy, then performing customer identity verification on the basis of the insurance policy information and the supplementary information, so as to verify whether the insurance policy information matches with the supplementary information; and supplementing customer information for the insurance policy on the basis of the supplementary information when verification of customer identity is successful. The method can be used to improve efficiency in processing insurance service billing and to reduce customer churn.
