Abstract:
The present invention relates to engraved intaglio printing. In particular, the invention provides an Intaglio printing device, the printing products made by this device and the process for producing the products. In the process, the printing stock is input between a plate cylinder and a transfer/impression cylinder at intervals, the ratio of plate number of the plate cylinder is the ratio of an even number to an odd number. After rolling impression, a printing product which has at least one unsmooth surface is obtained in only one double-sided printing run. The invention overcomes the defects in known art, and can achieve double-sided engraved intaglio printing in one process. The intaglio characters and patterns in intaglio face-to-face printing can be transferred mirror-imaged and identified exactly. Thus, the mirror-imaged intaglio face-to-face printing of the pattern on both sides of the printing stock can be achieved. The precision of which is greatly higher than that of the offset face-to-face printing. The ability of Anti-forge is enhanced, the printing technological flow and the printing cycle can be shortened, the cost of printing can be reduced, and the labor capacity can be improved.
