Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intake cover having variable vanes and a pump having the same, the intake cover being provided at an intake port of the pump so as to guide the movement of suctioned fluid and suction the same. The intake cover having the variable vanes, according to one embodiment of the present invention, has: a cover body having a penetrated shape and provided at the intake port of the pump; and the plurality of variable vanes radially coupled to the inner periphery of the cover body so as to guide the movement of the fluid suctioned through the suction port, wherein the cover body includes: a plurality of shaft holes formed at the periphery of the cover body so as to fix, from the outside of the cover body, the vanes positioned at the inner periphery of the cover body; bushing grooves formed at each portion of the cover body, at which the shaft holes are formed; and a plurality of angle setting grooves formed at a preset angle at the inner peripheries of the bushing grooves, and the vane includes a coupling shaft part including: a bushing fitting part fitted from the inside of the shaft hole, and having at least one plane so as to prevent the rotation thereof, in the shaft hole, caused by the suctioned fluid; and a nut fastening part, having threads, at the end of the bushing fitting part, and the intake cover further includes: an angle setting bushing fitted between the bushing groove and the bushing fitting part, and having, on the outer peripheral surface thereof, an angle setting protrusion fitted into any one of the plurality of angle setting grooves so as to set a provision angle of the vane; and a coupling nut fastened to the nut fastening part of a coupling shaft in a state in which the angle setting bushing is fitted into the bushing groove. Therefore, an optimized angle of the vane can be set, thereby enabling efficiency and head of the pump to be increased and power consumption to be reduced.
