Abstract:
An intake manifold having a crankcase ventilation gas sub-chamber, comprising a pressure-stabilizing chamber (1) and multiple air channels (2) in communication with the pressure-stabilizing chamber (1), the pressure-stabilizing chamber (1) having disposed thereon an air inlet (11) in communication with the air channels (2), an end of an air channel (2) being provided with a flange (3) connected to an engine cylinder head, an end surface of the flange (3) having disposed thereon an air outlet (7) corresponding to each air channel (2), an inner part of the flange (3) being provided with a crankcase ventilation gas sub-chamber (4) and a flow guide channel (43), the flange (3) having provided therein a crankcase ventilation gas inlet (41) corresponding to a crankcase gas output opening of the engine cylinder head and in communication with the crankcase ventilation gas sub-chamber (4), and a side wall of each air channel (2) having provided thereon a crankcase ventilation gas outlet (42) putting the air channel and the crankcase ventilation gas sub-chamber in communication. The present intake manifold flange can use high temperature transferred by an engine cylinder head to heat crankcase ventilation gas, and can effectively limit crankcase ventilation gas entering an air channel and condensing into water droplets after mixing with intake airflow, preventing throttle icing, crankcase ventilation pipe blockage or intake pipe blockage.
