Abstract:
An intake port structure of an internal combustion engine wherein the tumble strength can be improved without lowering a maximum flow rate. An intake port (44) is constituted in such a fashion that its tumble flow side half portion (44a) is wider than its other half portion (44b) and an intake flow center of the intake port (44) is deviated towards the tumble flow side. In this way, the intake gas flow from the intake port (44) promotes a tumble flow.
