Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integral apparatus for generating x-rays, in which a high-voltage generation portion and an x-ray generation portion are integrally coupled to the inside of a housing, and more specifically, to an integral apparatus for generating x-rays, which facilitates heat dissipation when operating at high output, allows absorption of volume expansion of an insulation oil that is filled inside the housing, due to change in temperature, and which is comprised in a structure so as to allow x-ray shielding without impeding heat transfer. The integral apparatus for generating x-rays, according to the present invention, comprises: the high voltage generation portion comprising a high-voltage generating transformer, a high-voltage constant current circuit board for converting an alternating current into a direct current, and a filament power transformer for supplying heating power for a cathode filament; the x-ray generation portion comprising a cathode portion for emitting electrons by means of power that is applied from the high voltage generation portion, and an anode portion comprising an x-ray tube for emitting the x-rays by means of collision with electrons that are emitted from the cathode portion; the housing in which the high voltage generation portion and the x-ray generation portion are integrally accommodated with an insulation support bar therebetween, and inside of which is filled with the insulation oil that circulates by means of a circulation pump; a bellows, which is provided on one side of the housing, for absorbing volume expansion of the insulation oil due to a change in temperature inside the housing; and a housing heat dissipation structure, which is provided on at least one wall surface from walls of the housing, for dissipating the heat that is transferred through the insulation oil to the exterior of the housing.
