Abstract:
An integral dust-collecting motor, comprising a housing (1); a stator (13) is mounted in the housing (1); a rotor (14) is mounted at an intermediate portion of the stator (13); the rotor (14) is fixed to the housing (1) by means of a front-end bearing (15) and a rear-end bearing (16), respectively; a dust-collecting mechanism is mounted on the rotor (14), which comprises a dust-collecting wind case (21) and a dust-collecting wind blade (22); an outlet end (212) of the dust-collecting wind case (21) is opposite a blade (221) side of the dust-collecting wind blade (22); the dust-collecting wind blade (22) is fixedly connected to the rotor (14); the dust-collecting wind case (21) is provided with an inlet end (211) on a circumferential side of the rotor (14); a dust-collecting port (17) in communication with the inlet end (211) is provided on the housing where the dust-collecting wind case (21) is located; a dust outlet (18) is provided on the housing where the dust-collecting wind blade (22) is located; the dust-collecting port (17) and the dust outlet (18) are provided on a side surface of the housing. The motor provides a heat-dissipation mechanism, a dust-collecting mechanism and a drive mechanism on the rotor, thus forming an integral dust-collecting motor capable of independently collecting dust, no longer needing separate dust-collecting equipment to collect dust and the like, thus reducing costs and becoming easy to use and carry; the motor may collect dust directly when used in electric power tools; compared with a conventional miter saw, the dust-collecting rate of said technical solution is at least 95%.
