Abstract:
An integral foaming system and method. The foaming system comprises a foaming platform (100) and a foaming mold (200); the foaming platform (100) comprises an upper-layer platform (10), a lower-layer platform (20) and a lifting assembly (30), the foaming mold (200) comprises an upper mold (70) and a lower mold (80), the upper mold (70) is connected to the upper-layer platform (10), and the upper-layer platform (10) is driven by means of the lifting assembly (30) to ascend and descend, thereby achieving the compaction and pressure retention of the foaming member (300) when same is supported and foamed; and the lower mold (80) may pass between the upper-layer platform (10) and the lower-layer platform (20) along the length direction of the foaming platform (100), and enter or move out of the foaming platform (100) to achieve continuous feeding and discharging.
