Abstract:
An integral solar cell, a segmented cell, a photovoltaic assembly and a photovoltaic roof. The integral solar cell comprises: a solar cell body; an electrode structure, which is located on the surface of the solar cell body; and preset cutting lines (12), which are located on the surface of the solar cell body, wherein the electrode structure comprises several collector gate lines (11), which are distributed in parallel; the surface of the solar cell body is divided by the preset cutting lines (12) into several areas; the several areas are divided into at least two groups according to widths thereof; the at least two groups comprise a first group and a second group; and the distance between the collector gate lines (11) in at least one area in the first group and the distance between the collector gate lines (11) in at least one area in the second group are negatively correlated with the width of the first group and the width of the second group. Collector gate lines (11) on a relatively large segmented cell are distributed more densely, thereby reducing the resistance of the relatively large segmented cell, and the collector gate lines (11) on a relatively small segmented cell are distributed more sparsely, thereby reducing the costs of the integral solar cell.
