Abstract:
Disclosed is an integral-type double-T-beam pouring mold assembly and disassembly device, comprising a top mold assembly and disassembly mechanism, and a side mold assembly and disassembly mechanism which comprises a first track, a second track, a first transverse moving trolley and a second transverse moving trolley, wherein the first track and the second track are connected to the ground by means of embedded parts to form a whole; the first track and the second track are arranged in parallel; the first track and the second track are perpendicular to the direction of the beam length; the first transverse moving trolley is mounted on the first track; the second transverse moving trolley is mounted on the second track; the first transverse moving trolley is connected to a left external mold and a right internal mold; and the second transverse moving trolley is connected to a right external mold and a left internal mold. According to the present invention, the device can perform assembly and disassembly for a mold according to production requirements, and has the advantages of flexible assembly and disassembly, simple operation, etc.
